Who We Are
Veterans Technology, LLC (Vet Tech) is a Joint Venture originally formed between Defense Acquisition, Incorporated (DAi) and MDW Associates, LLC (MDW) that was created exclusively for the Missile Defense Agency's TEAMS Business Operations contract. In February of 2020 DAi merged with another Huntsville-based SDVOSB, Vali, Inc. The joint venture is now a Vali and MDW entity.
Vali, Inc. (Vali) was formed in August 2017 and merged with Defense Acquisition, Inc. (DAi) in February of 2020. Vali is a Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Business and when combined with DAi, has over 18 years of experience supporting MDA with Acquisition, Engineering, Security, Logistics, Safety, Quality & Mission Assurance, Test & Evaluation, and Business Operations Support Services. Vali, the managing partner for the Vet Tech Joint Venture, provides well established corporate resources, a robust systems infrastructure, and qualified professional staff for high quality cost-effective solutions and services supporting our customers.
MDW Associates, LLC is a small service oriented company founded in 2012 to provide advice, analysis and daily assistance to Federal Government clients. Our support is concentrated in the areas of strategic planning, cost estimating, budget programming and justification, budget execution, acquisition management and financial systems support & integration. Our mission is to make our clients more successful by providing honest assessments, exceptional analysis, prudent advice, direct communication and hard work.
